• After the order is confirmed, we only consider the modifications for upto 12 hours. Replacement of photographs cannot be made post that.
• Changes in sizes cannot be made once the order is confirmed. 
• After we finish with the designing, we'll send you a preview for your approval. Revisons or minor modifications can be made at this stage.
• REFUND POLICY: As the product is customised, cancelations and returns are not accepted.
• DAMAGE CLAIM: A genuine unboxing video (should not be staged, edited or cropped) is a must to raise a damage claim. The video must be submitted within 15 hours of receiving the product via Email, Whatsapp or Instagram.
