These are customised products and we need at least 4-5 business days to make it to meet your expectations. There is a lot of hard work that goes in and involves various steps that takes time.

 Can I send my order directly as a gift to someone?

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will keep all prices and receipts out of the package. 

We are eager to deliver your memories to your doorstep at the earliest. To ensure timely delivery our system starts processing the order as soon as you finish placing the order. Due to this, we do not accept the cancellation of orders. However, if you want to make any changes, mail us within 2 hours of placing the order.

Yes, you can definitely request a song that is not on Spotify, however, since we use a Spotify code for the Plaques,  we will not be able to add the same and the area would rather be left blank.

All pictures uploaded by you are checked by our design team to ensure that they aren’t pixelated when printed on your customized plaque. If we deem that your picture isn’t up the mark in terms of quality, we will contact you through your email /mobile number. 

 

We encourage you to ensure that the shipping address is correct before you place the order. In case you need to make changes after you have placed the order, please write to us at reach@plaqueitout.com within 2 hours of placing an order.
