If you have any problem regarding the product kindly mail us at email@example.com. We will try our best to assist you and arrange a refund or a return if you are not satisfied.
Important things to note:
- Refunds/Replacements will only be granted when there has been severe damage in Transit or the goods are found to be not as per the description provided.
- Each piece is Made to Order, hence we cannot issue a refund/replacement once the order has been placed.
Returns/ Replacements (only accepted under the following circumstances):
- Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect
- Not As Described
- Product Lost in Transit
We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate refund/replacement please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with visual proof attached in the email.
NOTE: Plaque It Out holds the authority to refuse to initiate a refund/replacement if the team finds any damage that isn’t from our end and/or is self-induced by the customer due to mishandling of the product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you’ve received a defective, damaged product please take videos of an unboxing of the package, photos of the product with the shipping label, damaged area and proof of purchase.
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. We will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from PlaqueItOut, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colours and textured finishes often vary between manufacturers; for example, slightly different shades of ‘White’, different degrees of shininess, and different looks and feel for ‘wood’ material.
Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not a fault) will need to comply with the Plaque It Out.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
